Steel box girder, also known as steel plate box girder, is a common structural form of long-span bridges. Generally used on bridges with large spans. The appearance is like a box, so it is called a steel box girder, and a steel box bridge refers to a bridge whose deck is constructed of a steel box girder.
Steel plate box girder is a structural form often used in engineering. In order to study the effect of the diaphragm spacing on the distortion of the simply supported steel box girder under the concentrated load, the simply supported steel box girder with different numbers of diaphragms was set up, and the distortion effect and the rigid torsion effect under the concentrated load were compared, and the results were obtained.
